Machine processing LAVATEC tunnel washer

We have just completed an intensive refurbishment of a small 25-kg LAVATEC tunnel washer and the associated LAVATEC 25-kg cycle dewatering press and would like to share the result with you.

Work carried out:
The machines have been extensively cleaned.
Cladding panels, attachments, tanks, cabinets, controls and accessories have been just as painstakingly cleaned, repaired or replaced. Furthermore, the machines have been derusted, sheets/attachments straightened and paint patched up. Defective operating parts have been replaced, and drive elements (engine, roller, drive shaft, chains, sprockets etc.) checked and replaced in the event of a defect. All wear and defective seal materials have been replaced (e.g. hoses for water/steam/compressed air, chamber seals, press pads etc.). Most recently, a functional test was carried out in our workshop.
